I drove from Morgantown West Virginia! Taylor - Hunter - and Connie are why. The care and service they put into the deal they gave me on my new car. Fantastic service- can’t say enough about how easy and friendly they were! A complete different experience from those big city dealers that you are just a number at. Connie made me laugh the whole time the raccoon story was hilarious.
Always reasonably priced and they do not take advantage of me. This is the second time I’ve taken my GMC to them, first time in a crisis while visiting town, and now that I’ve moved here, and I very much trust that they’ll take care of me and do the best they can.

We saw the car we wanted after hours the night before, but when we got to the dealer the next day we were told that it was spoken for. But the salesman and manager got it worked out so we could buy the car we wanted, and we drove away with it super satisfied.
Oil change, tire rotation, and seat belt repair was completed quickly and then we were helped with a technical problem we had been dealing with. Problem was fixed quicker than it took for the girl to come out and look at it.
Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Nice waiting area if you're staying or the can help transport you where you need to go.

Luckily, this location was at the next exit and they took us right in with no hesitation. They had us fixed up and back on the road in less than an hour. Kevin the service manager and Caleb or Kaleb however it's spell, have dealt with me not once but twice in a year for a very difficult issue on my 2020 Malibu I cried , harassed and called a million times for something that was out of there control and they did everything in their power and worked their guys till they resolved my issue , they were understanding and caring and I'm glad that my car is fixed in a timely manner considering the issues , thanks a million you guys!!!

I had a fluid leak under my car. The fluid was on the floor of the garage every day. I took the car in, and the Service Rep ( Jeff) was extremely helpful. The problem turned out to be a bad water pump. The issue was resolved that same day, and I got my car back. Outstanding service. Great staff and technicians.
HUnter was the salesman. I told him he was the best car salesperson I had ever dealt with, and I have dealt with many. Very helpful, very friendly, not pushy. But he got the job done. Paperwork was easy. Have bought a couple other cars there. Always a good experience.
Had $600 worth of service done. Figured they'd at least run it thru the wash to spruce it up again. Would've been a 5 star across the board.
Purchased a vehicle a couple years ago but living in another state, the warranty/service work wasn't convenient so we used a closer dealership. After getting into a mess with the other dealership, I called Vermilion and they got us in and taken care of in a matter of days while waiting weeks just for parts at the other. Highly recommend them for diesel work!

I set an appt for 8am, Thursday, July 6th. Arrive at dealership and was told appt was at 9, I showed my confirmation and was told ok. Didn't get out until 10:15 and no "making it right". Or anything. As if it's the only place I could get my car maintenanced.
Bought my very fist brand new car. Experience was great until I recieved word from not the finance dept, not my salesman, but a member of the service department that my loan that was supposed to be paid off still owed a little over 80.00. They expect me to pay this! I WILL NOT be back to this dealership! This was their error, not mine!!

Went for a scheduled front passenger side airbag replacement, (GMC Recall) the service department was polite, courteous and professional, while I was there I brought up another issue I was having with the vehicle, they corrected that issue as well at a very reasonable price ... After a really bad experience at another dealership i went to vemilion chevy. Craig rushing went above and beyond to help me with warrenty work ..nathan the mechanic did his best on my tahoe . So many strange things have gone wrong with my tahoe and they have figured it out and fixed it . So very grateful for the friendly staff. Especially Craig rushing.
David White was able to get my wife into a beautiful 2023 Buick Envision SUV and get the two year remaining lease on our 2022 Jeep Compass Trailhawk cancelled. The Jeep was not a good fit for my wife who has arthritis and could not sit comfortably in the Jeep. We will switch our car buying and our car servicing to this dealership from this day forward. Everybody at the dealership is very friendly and outgoing.

Can't say enough about Brice Niccum and the staff we dealt with. I was looking for a specific car with our GM family and Friends discount. The dealership near our house didn't act as if they wanted to help. Brice called me and asked if I was interested in ordering the car.
